While screening candidates, we look at a combination of factors to pick candidates. Educational qualifications, relevant work experience, communication skills, email etiquette are some of the most important ones.

Additionally, we also take into consideration the interest of the candidate in the role, their consistency in following up and overall attitude as well!

Does Osmo charge to place candidates in companies?

Our service costs only apply to brands and agencies looking for employees, not the job seekers or candidates.

I applied for a job by filling up the form as directed. What happens now?

If you’re a good fit or if we have other roles that match your background and experience, we will reach out to you to schedule a preliminary interview. From there, we’ll connect you with the client and walk you through their preferred screening process.

I applied for a job and haven’t heard back yet. What should I do?

Several things can affect callbacks: the client’s needs may have changed, the role may already be filled, or we may still be sifting through applicants.

However, we post new jobs often - so keep applying to the positions you believe are a good match.

I already applied for a role and filled up the form but I also want to apply to a recent job post. How do I do that?

Do you host networking events?
